I'm a brand expression expert and creative director with a passion for human psychology. I gained my experience writing for brands like British Airways, American Express, BT, IBM and Barclays. I also spent time working exclusively with the ultra high net worth market advertising superyachts to the super-rich.

I've always believed strong values and connecting on a human level is key winning people over. I've been applying my knowledge of behavioural psychology to communication strategy for years. Working for a large organisation, I taught in-house writers and was fortunate enough to have UX and insights teams at my disposal. This meant I could see that I was getting real results and was able to fine-tune my approach. Based on this knowledge, I developed courses for City University, London, where I lectured on Writing for Business.
